Releasing the butterflies!

Dirk unzipping the bag to let the butterflies go. Thanks Amy Jo for buying this little experiment kit. Dirk had the most fun watching them become butterflies.

Mack wasn't afraid of the butterflies, so he decided he would grab them and help them out.

Today was Dirk's 1st day of 3-Sports Ball.

Here is Dirk on the other side of the fence waiting to play soccer. He will play 5 days of soccer, 2 days of kick ball and then 5 days of T-ball. Guess which one he is excited to play the most? Hopefully all of the days aren't as hot as today was...85-90 at 9am already.

The group of kids put their hands in and yelled SOCCER after the coach (orange shirt) counted to 3. Dirk was hot and tired after playing for 1 hour.
